Start of the Coliving Cardenal Benlloch Works

MORE has started work on an emblematic project in Valencia: a coliving located on Cardenal Benlloch Avenue, close to Aragon Avenue and the old Turia riverbed, one of the most outstanding areas of the city. This development marks an important step towards the modernisation of the residential landscape and is presented as an avant-garde model designed to respond to new housing demands.

The growth of the coliving market responds to a profound change in the lifestyles of the new generations, who are looking not only for a place to live, but also for a space that fosters community, collaborative work and flexibility. With traditional housing supply insufficient to meet the needs of young professionals, international students and remote workers, coliving presents itself as an ideal solution, with more accessible, flexible housing and spaces designed for shared experiences. This type of development reflects the evolution of society and responds to a more dynamic living model, where interaction and shared services are essential.

The building, consisting of a ground floor and six storeys, will have a floor area of 2,000 m², of which 400 m² will be dedicated to communal areas. These include spaces such as a coworking space, multi-purpose rooms and a rooftop with a lounge area, designed to promote a balance between the private and community life of its residents.
