MORE has successfully completed the installation of a modular concrete façade in its latest residential project on Avenida Cardenal Benlloch, Valencia. The operation involved assembling six large prefabricated panels, one of them weighing more than two tons, marking a significant technical milestone in the construction process.

The decision to use prefabricated elements reflects MORE’s commitment to efficiency, sustainability, and quality control. Manufactured under optimal workshop conditions, the panels were transported and installed by crane in less than a day. This approach reduced construction time, minimized disruption to the urban environment, and ensured a precise, high-quality finish.

From a technical perspective, the installation required detailed planning and close coordination between construction, transport, and assembly teams. The largest module, weighing over two tons, was safely positioned using a bespoke anchoring system and a lifting strategy tailored to the site’s specific conditions.

According to MORE’s technical team, “the installation of these modules goes beyond a simple assembly task. It represents a comprehensive process of structural design, tolerance management, and precision execution. Each element has been designed to fit seamlessly, ensuring the façade’s thermal and structural performance.”

This initiative forms part of MORE’s broader strategy to advance industrialization and digitalization in the construction process. Prefabrication contributes to reducing waste and carbon emissions, improving energy performance, and maintaining a contemporary, refined, and enduring architectural expression.

Located along one of Valencia’s main access routes, the building introduces an innovative residential model developed in collaboration with Lecoc Arquitectura. Conceived for coliving, it responds to evolving urban lifestyles where flexibility, sustainability, and spatial quality are key.

The installation, which attracted the attention of local residents and passersby, was completed within a single day after several weeks of preparation, including panel fabrication, permit management, and logistical coordination.

With the façade now in place and construction well advanced, MORE reaffirms its commitment to precise, responsible, and context-aware building practices. As the technical team concludes: “Building in the city requires sensitivity, discipline, and long-term vision. This façade stands as a clear statement of that commitment.”
